Dis Pater or Dispater; abbr. Dis:

Aka Sky father, father in heaven, god of the Roman and Celtic underworld, god of Hades, god of death, Jupiter, Pluto.

Sacrifices were offered to this altar during the Ludi Saeculares or Ludi Tarentini. “The Secular Games were a religious celebration, involving sacrifices and theatrical performances, held in ancient Rome for three days and nights to mark the end of a saeculum and the beginning of the next… Later emperors held celebrations… after intervals of roughly 110 years…”

Idem sonans – (e.g. “Dis” = “this” as in “this State:”)

("Sounding the same" in Latin.) Confer at same in Black's Law Dictionary! Briefly, terms that sound the same can be treated as one and the same, for all legal purposes, by courts.
There you have it: "Citizen of the United States" means State Citizen, i.e. One among the sovereign People of the Republic. "citizen of the United States" means federal citizen, a 14^th Amendment citizenship under District of Columbia created for the released slaves after the Civil war in America in the 1850’ies.

“This State:”

This entire scheme was accomplished by passage of the "Buck Act", 4 U.S.C.S. Secs. 105-113, to implement the application of the "Public Salary Tax Act of 1939" to workers within the private sector. This subjects all private sector workers who have a Social Security number to all state and federal laws "within this State", a "fictional Federal area" overlaying the land in California and in all other states in the Union. In California, this is established by California Form 590, Revenue and Taxation. All you have to do is to state that you live in California. This establishes that you do not live in a "Federal area" and that you are exempt from the Public Salary Tax Act of 1939 and also from the California Income Tax for residents who live "in this State".

The following definition is used throughout the several states in the application of their municipal laws which require some sort of contract for proper application. This definition is also included in all the codes of California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah and New York:

"In this State" or "in the State" means within the exterior limits of the State ... and includes all territories within
such limits owned or ceded to the United States of America.

This definition concurs with the "Buck Act" supra which states:

110(d) The term "State" includes any Territory or possession of the United States.

110(e) The term "Federal area" means any lands or premises held or acquired by or for the use of the United States or any department, establishment, or agency of the United States; and any Federal area, or any part thereof, which is located within the exterior boundaries of any State, shall be deemed to be a Federal area located within such State.

“September 11, 2001” fell on the 1^st day of the 2^nd Year of the 3^rd Millennium after the beginning of the reign of Caesar Tiberius as that date is defined in the bible:

On September 26, 2007 I received an email with a report of what might have been a most devastating event for many of us on September 6, 2007 – which may have been the 1^st day of the 8^th Year in the 3^rd Millenium after Caeasar Tiberius as reckoned by biblical years - had it not been effectively countered by a few people wise and brave enough not to lend their assistance to an event that could have blown the memory of WTC on 9/11 into the dust. (Cf. this forum discussion! and this one especially: Notice the 7 “accidental” deaths within one week of this incident – as if that in itself isn’t confirmatory evidence of the worst of intentions!)

Remember – Time is of the essence!

Background:

A few days ago I was restudying the chronological references re the time period around Caesar Nero, Caesar Otho and the Civil War in Rome, which began when Caesar Galba in Gaul (Spain) revolted against Nero’s misrule.

As I came to Caesar Otho, while focusing upon finding out the exact date of his death, I noticed words describing Caesar Otho sacrificing to Dis Pater. Having learned before that religious activities are most often tied to certain dates of the year I then went to Google and Wikipedia to lookup Dis Pater. I did find what I was looking for, but not only that! I found some things I believe may have some impact upon today’s most noted events. For instance 9-11 and WTC!

First, I noticed that the Dis Pater sacrifices are generally associated with the age of man and with numbers such as 110, 100, and 1000. Perhaps you are aware of the very strong associations between the number 11 and just about everything tied to the 9-11 event? Most centrally perhaps is the fact that the two WTC towers were built to look like the number 11 ‑ two tall 1’s ‑ and that each tower had 110 floors rising towards the sky. Well, reading all that about the Dis Pater sacrifices caught my attention. Next I noticed that the Dis Pater sacrifices are typically being brought during the last three days of the year and the beginning of the new year. Considering what I had already learnt about the general timing of Otho’s death I proceeded to look up and verify that the founding of Rome is generally agreed to have taken place on April 21. Accordingly the last three days before that anniversary day would have begun with April 18. Based on that and some other reference data I was able to narrow Otho’s death down to April 19, 54 CE and his sacrifice to Dis Pater to April 18.

What struck me in this context was that the very same day that Caesar sacrificed to Dis Pater he suddenly decided to commit suicide. Having read in Wikipedia that Dis Pater is also known as the god of Hades and the god of the Roman underworld I was reminded of king Saul who died within a day or two after visiting with the woman in Endor who brought up from “the underworld” an evil spirit pretending to be the prophet Samuel and who had recently died (1 Sam 28.)

I next came to wonder about the exact biblical date corresponding to the 9-11-2001 WTC disaster. I soon found out that it occurred on the 22 day following visibility of the new moon. Having recently learnt that the biblical year begins after the Feast of Ingathering, which is sunset at the beginning of the 22 day of the Seventh lunar month, I then went on to inquire as to when was the beginning of the First biblical month of 2001. So I went to the Karaite web site where such data are being published. I noted that according to the Karaite site that year was a year without an intercalary moon. According to the Karaite site the First Month, Abib, fell out a time that made 9-11-2001 fall in the sixth moon of the year. However, looking a little closer I also discovered that the marker of the approaching First Moon, the aviv ripening of the barley, was very ripe even two weeks before the expected Abib new moon crescent. It became clear to me that had the aviv search begun during the month before, they very likely would have found enough aviv to declare the First Moon even one month earlier than they did, i.e. on February 24, 2001. Accordingly, I found that most likely the 9-11-2001 WTC event actually did take place on the 22 day of the Seventh Moon, 2001 and thus also on the very 1^st day of the 2^nd Year in the 3^rd millennium after the beginning of the reign of Caesar Tiberius – 1, 2, 3… Well, that’s interesting, isn’t it? Albeit not at the very turn of the millennium it is a suggested warning of more to come, is it not? Or what does it suggest to you?

Considering next the time of the day when this began: The attack on the Pentagon is being reported as 08:38 AM EDT and on the 1^st WTC tower at 08:48 AM EDT. Well, besides all three of these attacks beginning within one hour of one another - thus fulfilling Revelation 18:10 - I do not immediately recognize any significance in the hour, except perhaps that this is the 3^rd hour of the day biblical time, which is the very same hour of the day when Yeshua Messiah was crucified (on April 22, 18 CE.)

Who is U? Anyone? What is a 3D U? A glass? A bowl? A bottle? A body?

If it’s futile, dangerous and self destructive to resist all this Evil, then perhaps it’s ever so effective – and so much safer - merely to cease assisting it…? Did you ever try? When they came for you during Hitler’s Germany – Would they have carried you if you wouldn’t have volunteered to walk? Would they have dared to shoot you on the spot and in open view of all present? When they – or is it US ? - come to bring you, your spouse, and your little ones to one of the many Auschwitz camps reportedly being built presently in D’c State… or even when they come today to trespass upon your family boundaries one way or another in every day life? Will you, do you, dare to do nothing? Do you dare to stand up – It may mean laying down limp as can be, while declaring you will not resist! - and cease volunteering your part towards paying tribute, taxes, fees, etc. to such as do nothing but destroy, while yet proclaiming they are doing nothing but good - while yet destroying people and life, yours, mine and theirs… in exchange for nothing more than a meager monthly pay?

Do U, do I, dare to stand up and be ever more responsible for the lives and the bodies our Creator is entrusting in our care – even if and when it means that someone will consider us – or is it US? - odd or not so courteous?

Post script II:

It occurs to me that perhaps there may even be a connection between the Dis Pater sacrifice and the crucifixion? :

1. The crucifixion took place on Friday May 12, 19 CE. The crucifixion was no doubt a consequence of key decisions, most especially Judas’ sale of Yeshua to the priests, on Monday evening, May 8, that is, three completed days after the sales agreement. The tomb was opened at sunset Monday May 15, three full days after the crucifiction and burial. The founding of Rome is generally accepted as April 21. Caesar Otho sacrificed to Dis Pater on April 18, three days prior to the anniversary of the founding of Rome.

2. The Dis Pater sacrifices are said to begin three days before the end of the year and to include the beginning of the new year. Yeshua was sold by Judas into the jurisdiction of the Roman State three full days prior to his crucifixion and three full days prior to the end of his age.

3. The Dis Pater sacrifices are specifically associated with the age of man, e.g. 100, 110, and 1000. Yeshua was 33 year old, i.e. in his 34rd Scripture year, at the time of the crucifixion. The number 11 figures prominently in both.

4. Josephus is using a different reckoning of time when recording events within the Roman civil war. That year begins with Abib 22. Likewise in the New Testament there is found one passage referencing Abib 22 as “the eighth day.” The Eighth Day is otherwise in the bible referencing Tishri 22 and the beginning of the standard, or civil, Scriptural year. The great controversy between good and evil is a war going on within the minds of each one of us. It is also generally known as the controversy between the powers of Heaven and Hell. Given that Yeshua’s kingdom represents God’s kingdom and the responsibilities granted each one of us by our Creator, in a very special sense Yeshua’s sacrifice upon the cross is the beginning of a very real internal, or civil, war, albeit as Yeshua sais: “The kingdom of God is within you.” (Luke 17:21.)

5. The Waving of the Sheaf, i.e. the Omer sacrifice, took place three full days prior to Abib 22 and the beginning of the sacred year. Thus the Omer sacrifice also parallels the three days of sacrifice to Dis Pater.

6. The discrepancy between the Jewish and the Scriptural day for the Omer sacrifice, Sunday vs. Sabbath, is reflected also by the discrepancies between the observance of God’s ordinances of the moon by the Jews generally vs. by Yeshua and his disciples. Cf. Jeremiah 31:35! Indeed, what’s the source of this discrepancy that did not exist in New Testament times? And why the cover-up and confusion characterizing 1^st century conventional chronology?

7. Similar parallels are found when comparing Abraham’s sacrifice of Isaac on the 3^rd Day on Mt. Moriah. Cf. Genesis 22:2-4! Who was D’c Pater – This Father – Abraham? Is there a connection?

8. What exactly was being decided in the councils of the Pharisees? Cf. Matt. 12:14; 21:46; 22:14-15, 34, 41; 26:59; Mark 3:6; 8:14-15; 10:2; 12:13-15; 14:55; 15:1; Luke 6:7; 11:53-54; 13:31; 14:1; 22:66; John 7:32; 9:16; 11:46-50, 57; 18:3.

9. So, who is missing the point? Who is sinning? Who is committing a crime? The ones responsible for actually going through with the intended sacrifices, killings, murders of the Sons of Man, or the ones recognizing and learning by “analyzing the symbols – the Words of the Holy Scriptures - to death,” such that lives are being saved and not destroyed? The “authorities” voted and created into existence by men and not by God, OR the true fundamentalists and extremists that insist upon studying and learning from the Scriptures for themselves in accord with the concept of “Sola Scriptura” and proper bible study rules? And who all are responsible for voting such “authorities” into existence, for being “employees,” officers, representatives, or soldiers carrying out the acts of such “authorities,” for paying tribute in the form of taxes, fees and etc., for not refusing to participate in any and all abuse of power under “color of law,” for willingly remaining in blindness and even to indoctrinate our very own sons and daughters into the same falsehoods and traditions of men, etc., etc.? Who is responsible? I? U? US? Us?
