Happy Purim Days!

Purim, as you may or may not know or agree, begins with the 14^th day of this lunar month [sunset Sunday March 20 through sunset Tuesday March 22, 2011!] That is, per my understanding of the Creator’s own Scripture calendar… Cf. Esther 9:20-22!

The Lord, our Redeemer and Creator is good to us! His will is always to remove our burdens and our bondage, not to add to them! Remember these words of the prophet Jeremiah…

On second thought, why not read those words out of your own bible for yourself?! You’ll find the words I am thinking of in Jeremiah 23:33-40, with chapter 24 providing a good example of those first verses. As to me, I read them out of the KJV…

Some thoughts in consequence of the recent tsunamis and earthquakes worldwide…

Most likely, you have seen, during these last few days, as I have, almost firsthand, albeit via the video clips of the unreliable News Media machine, some of the terrible devastation wrought upon Sendai and Northern Japan by the tsunami that followed in the wake of that terrible 8.8 magnitude earthquake. There is nothing like perceiving the event with your own eyes, is there!?

It’s a good thing you or I weren’t actually there, being one of those unfortunate victims, isn’t it? Praise the Lord of Hosts! Yet, perhaps this is only yet another warning to each and all of us - regardless of our place of abode - of worse things yet to come? Time flies, and yet there is no reason to panic! God provides His warnings in good time… Providing only we are willing to heed His calling us…

I for one certainly don’t know whether or not there is any truth to the talk of an asteroid named Apophis, aka. 2004 MN4, hitting the Earth in 2036 Gregorian time. Nor do I know any tangible evidence of Planet X hitting the Earth in 2012… Yet, 2036 is not all that far off in time… only 25 years off! Plenty of time to prepare, just in case one would otherwise find oneself in harm’s way unnecessarily. Considering Apophis’ size, 1,300 ft or 400 m, it is massive enough to cause serious damage, by means of tsunami waves, across vast areas of our planet if it were to hit anywhere in an ocean.

Toying with thoughts like these, consider the numbers in the table under this link! (From Vårt Ursprung? [Engl.: Our Source?] by Mats Molén, p. 168; 2^nd edition.) Notice the size of the tsunami wave 600 miles from point zero that is being generated by a meteorite 4 miles in diameter. Now Apophis is only about ¼ of a mile in diameter or 1/16 the size of a 4 mile diameter meteorite, so I don’t know what size tsunami wave Apophis would create if it were to hit the ocean, but neither do I know whether or not, at any time in the future, a meteorite larger than Apophis might hit the Earth.

Considering the layers of frozen shredded animals and vegetation remains constituting major portions of the Alaskan tundra (as described by Immanuel Velikovsky in his book Earth in Upheaval,) and considering also some of the good reasons for God’s People settling on some of Earth’s tallest mountain peaks, such as Machu Picchu in Peru, in light of the recent earthquake in Japan, I believe there might be good reasons for considering carefully one’s place of family abode…

Well, those are just some thoughts to toy with and to ponder in years to come… Perhaps someone will take heed and survive from some catastrophe somewhere as a result? That would be a good thing, would it not?

Now, on another note, again touching upon the recent and ongoing events in northern Japan, whom and what would you rather place you trust in: 1) The real facts of life as created by the Creator of all, or 2) any State created by men? Consider the facts of this matter in Japan. Consider the meltdowns of nuclear power reactors even in a technically most advanced society such as Japan!

Then consider whether or not it isn’t doable to relocate into an attractive area, if ever so humble, yet at a place located at a much higher and safer altitude… Compare that with such as you may now have, a place you may call home, yet a place where you and your loved ones spend very little time. An attractive place perhaps, such as may be afforded by retaining a job at the State, or at a State registered corporation, perhaps even an ever so attractive beach front mansion, or, indeed, most any other urban home upon this planet?

Wouldn’t a majority of your very own great great grandchildren be likely to thank you for your foresight were you to make such a move? Or don’t you think a great many families were all but eradicated even within this last week in northern Japan?

Some thoughts re the treasures our loving God has prepared, and is wishing, for each and all of us.

So, what else can we do in order to heed the promptings of God, as He is calling His People out of the great cities upon this earth? What else can each of us do in order to heed the first words of both Yeshua and John the Baptist as recorded in Matthew 3:2 and 4:17?
How much time do you or I have available for things of value we’d rather do here and now? Together with each our families and loved ones? Are we, you or I, being bogged down by a job, or even two, as an employee of the State, or of a corporation registered under the State?

Or, on the other hand, am I, or are you, even now, free to focus most of each our time upon such things as we’d rather do? Free to build on such dreams as none but the Creator Himself has endowed each one of us with?

How much is each our scheduling being controlled by means of the calendar we call the Gregorian? Think of it! Selah! What traditions and holidays are binding each of us by powerful chords to nothing but that one calendar?

How helpful is that calendar in order to help each of us better perceive the time dimension of the Holy Writ? How much is being hidden to our minds eye by our former lack of understanding the time reckoning of God, the Creator, alone? Or do you already find yourself at home with the reality making itself available to you re OT and NT Scripture times, for instance by means of my ever so humble and imperfect attempts of portraying the Scripture Calendar, for instance through my Dated Synopsis of the Four Gospels in three parts, or through my PowerPoint presentation of the Star of Bethlehem? In the latter I am studying that star as it might well have been perceived at different times and in different settings, not only by the shepherds and by the wise men from the east, but also by Mary and Joseph and others. Perhaps you’ll enjoy it, as well as being enlightened by it?

Re my reckoning of months as of late…

Now, some of you may have been wondering about my reckoning of lunar months this last half a year? Well, if so, let me just say this much, this reckoning of mine sprung out of certain belated realizations re the proper dating of the crucifixion event as strengthened also by a few other dated Scripture events. Perhaps my strong initial impression and stand was a little bit premature, I am not absolutely certain… Why don’t you consider some of these things for yourself, if you are so inclined? Here is a link to a table re the details of such matters as it currently stands…

Second thoughts re my Scripture chronology???

For those of you who may have second thoughts about letting go of some details as taught by yesteryear’s present truth re the centuries most closely antedating the year of crucifixion (whether that of SDAs, of JWs, or of any other conventionally proclaimed teaching,) I feel blessed in being able to provide and share my discoveries as found under this link, discoveries which I am convinced any serious and truth seeking student of the Scriptures may find helpful in bringing us yet a little bit closer to the truth as it really happened.

Praise the Lord of Hosts for being willing and able to teach me, and each of us, much of value from each of the above specified sources!

Well, perhaps some of these things aren’t quite as interesting to you as they are to me, I don’t know? Nevertheless, I believe that I would be remiss in my obligations to my fellow men, should I not at least make available unto others these treasures that the Ancient of Days is blessing me with from day to day and from time to time…

May the peace of the Creator rest over each our families and over each our homes during this Purim Feast. Remember, the Purim Feast is a commemoration of God saving His Sons and Daughters out of a terrible devastation, which would otherwise have been! No doubt our society today would have been much different, had it not been for that saving act of our Redeemer and Savior then and there, exactly 490 years prior to the beginning of the year of Yeshua’s victory over death…

[1] After having focused closely upon Scriptural chronology based upon the most original references and using the best tools available to me, I see little or no reason not to consider Scripture month #1, aviv (as used and applied in Biblical times,) as being based upon the aviv found on Mount Jerusalem, or perhaps more accurately, upon the current location of the Ark of the Covenant (while not upon the aviv found at hotter and lower altitudes, albeit within the boundaries of Israel, e.g. in the Jordan valley or in the Negev desert.)
