Beloved
Brethren & Sisters,
What a beautiful spring morning today was! As always I woke up well
rested while also enjoying that pleasant sense of heat radiating from the tip
of my toes and upwards throughout the rest of my body. I woke up with a desire
to go for a run around the lake. It had been a while, but I went for it, and
what a blessing it was to give my body a little exercise, while also listening
to the songs of all the birds that have arrived from near and far. The
unfortunate fact that, towards the end of my run, I felt a bit like bursting
from excess pressure, made it all the more rewarding to arrive back home and to
let that pressure have it natural relief… :)
It’s a good thing to be cleansed! Cleansed to body, soul, and
thought… Spring cleaning of all possible species! There are so many things in
my life that are in need of a good thorough cleanse! It’s good to be able to
wash up in the hot shower and then to experience a final cold rinsing off to
get the circulation going in my body! It is good to be able to study the Word
of God from day to day while being aroused and alerted to so many things
needing removal out of my own life in order to give room to something much more
wonderful, something much more clean, something greater and more beautiful!
It’s been several mornings and evenings now, one after the other,
where God has caused me to open my Bible to that most special cleansing of King
Josiah. Remember especially that Passover in his eighteenth year of reign!
There were many things needing cleansing, many traditions and many institutions
that had been creeping in among the People of God from the surrounding people…
Much of it having been initiated thanks to even that wisest among all Kings,
even Solomon! Apostasy in consequence of his choice of wives and in consequence
of his efforts of pleasing each and all of them. I am thinking especially of
the Queen of Sheba to whom Solomon seems to have built that almost miraculous
temple in Baalbek, Lebanon. Notice 1 Kings 7:10 and the size of the stones
having been used for building her temple! Cf. the size of the stones
at Baalbek!
But to get to the point… Would you be interested in celebrating a
real Scriptural Passover, a real Scriptural Feast of Unleavened Bread, yes, for
a full seven days, beginning two weeks from right now? As to “real,” well, I am
thinking first of all about the timing… So far as sacrifices goes, I believe we
may each have any number of old traditions and bad habits, unto which, for a
long time, we may each have been attributing only way too much value, but which
are in need of being lit and burned by the fire of the Lord of Hosts Himself…
God has so many things for each of us to be blessed by, and per chance we will
consider accepting God’s own Passover for this very purpose… No doubt we’ve
each and all been receiving blessings from our Lord and Savior, which blessings
we could each share with one another such that we might each and all be
cleansed in a warm and drizzling latter rain out of God’s own teaching. What do
you think?
If you’d be interested in participating in such a holy convocation
somewhere in the deep woods near Nyhyttan in Sweden, I’d appreciate your
feedback ASAP such that I can make suitable preparations. Possibly we could
arrange this as an outside meeting at Sångesnäs, that very special place that
God has provided as an example of a place registered for me under none but Him
alone. But perhaps that would be somewhat to primitive for some people, perhaps
another place would be more suitable for each and all, and I believe there are
some options… Regardless, I need your feedback if you’re seriously interested
in participating!
Some details re the dates: Today is the 30th day of
Adar II, that is, the last day of the leap month of the year. Yes, I know, most
people interested in these things were considering the last prior month Adar
II, but all things aren’t as I believe they should be… Cf. also the particulars
at the top of this mail! Anyhow, tonight you may watch the New Moon of ‘the foremost’
of the months of the year. That is, the month numbered one… in spite of being
placed in the very midst of the Scripture year. It follows that the Scriptural
Passover, or, as it is called by John, “the preparation of the Passover,” Abib
14, this year falls out on the Fourth Day [of the week; beginning at sunset
Tuesday May 17, 2011.] May I suggest that that’s a good day for traveling and
arriving in good time for a joint supper during the 12th hour of the
day [beginning at about 6 PM local solar time May 18, 2011…] Remember the
Scripture instructions re staying inside the doors of the house during the
night when the Passover is being eaten! Cf. Exodus 12:22 and Leviticus 8:33!
Subsequent to all that which constitutes a proper beginning there
will then be other most valuable appointments in time, not the least of which
is the Sabbath of the Waving of the Sheaf, and finally the Seventh Day of the
Feast, the day named (in Greek) ‘the foremost of the Sabbaths,’ that is, the
Seventh Day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread (which day this year is falling
out on the Fourth Day of the week [beginning at sunset Tuesday night at sunset
May 24, 2011; that is, that most special day which most modern Bible
translations are misidentifying by the term “the first day of the week.”])
Yes, as you can see there are both this, that, and the other that
may seem new or different in comparison with that which you’ve been hearing and
learning thus far… There is much we may share with one another from God’s rich
smorgasbord! Per chance there might even be someone that’s interested in
learning some of those treasures of the Scriptures that I’ve come to appreciate
the most over the last several years, most especially that which pertain to
giving credit in real terms to the Creator’s own claims of single ownership
upon us and ours. For instance, touching upon such things as registering one’s
automobile, registering one’s title to land or buildings, and such ties as are
known as citizenship in one nation or another…
Thus, if you’re seriously interested, share your feedback… The
sooner the better!
Shalom,

[1] After having focused closely upon Scriptural chronology based upon the most original references and using the best tools available to me, I see little or no reason not to consider Scripture month #1, aviv (as used and applied in Biblical times,) as being based upon the aviv found on Mount Jerusalem, or perhaps more accurately, upon the current location of the Ark of the Covenant (while not upon the aviv found at hotter and lower altitudes, albeit within the boundaries of Israel, e.g. in the Jordan valley or in the Negev desert.)
