Homogenized Dairy Products

Something about How they Cause Vascular
& Heart Disease, Atherosclerosis,
Arthritis, Rheumatic and Other Chronic
Illnesses, &c.
The purpose for homogenization is to make the milk
look more appetizing, fresher, and easier to sell. All dairy products sold in the
store are homogenized except: 1. “Old fashioned” products, 2. butter, 3. cream,
and 4. cheese. Why not call your own dairy company to find out just which
products are and are not homogenized where you are?
The process of homogenization is destroying the
micelles, the small fat globules in fresh milk which float to the top and which
may be skimmed off, separating the cream from the skim milk. The purpose for
this destruction is to hinder said natural separation process in order that the
milk will have a more appealing look to the consumer. Unfortunately this
destructive process will also cause the cholesterol and other fat molecules to
be exposed to the oxygen present outside of the naturally shielding micelle. As
a consequence the cholesterol will quickly oxidize, thereby becoming a very
potent corroding toxin which in turn will continually cause microscopic wounds
on the intimae, which is the inner lining of the blood vessels, and also
painful wounds on the otherwise smooth gliding surfaces within your joints,
etc..
The oxidized cholesterol once ingested into the living
body will, as it appears from clinical experience, remain for some ten days
while continually destroying and injuring bodily tissues before ultimately
being eliminated or destroyed. Because all animal products contain cholesterol
and because this cholesterol has been stored long enough prior to sale and
consumption that it has indeed oxidized, every tiny addition of animal products
to the daily fare will renew, prolong, and add to the continual re-injury and
damage to blood vessels, joints, and to the body tissues generally. The injured
tissues are never given a chance to rest from these incessant injuries, and the
microscopic wounds are never given a chance to heal completely. The result is a
persistent state of illness, in other words, a “chronic” illness of one kind or
another, and depending upon what part of the body is more sensitive in each
unique situation and in each unique sufferer. The processes of scarring and
scab formation on the microscopic level within the tissues are not all that
different from that which each of us have experienced on the outside surfaces
of our skin. You may compare those processes of wound healing on the exterior
surfaces of your body with atherosclerosis and atherosclerotic plaques within
the blood vessels and the heart, and as well with the swollen joints of
arthritis and rheumatism.
Fruit, vegetables, nuts, and other non-animal products
contain no cholesterol whatsoever and do not cause the above referenced
illnesses. Nonetheless, care should be taken to avoid rancid fats derived from
or found within non-animal products as well.
No doubt you understand, based upon the above, that
you may significantly improve your health and your longevity by applying the
above insight to your own life habits and by totally and to 100% avoiding every
trace of animal products, that is all kinds of meat from animals, birds, eggs,
and everything containing any ingredient being a dairy, for instance skim milk
powder, whey, lactose, milk sugar, milk, butter, cheese, cultured dairy
products, youghurt, cream cheese, etc., etc..
If you do not feel ready as yet to be weaned from the
milk habit, you may still take a giant step in the right direction by once and
for all discontinuing every least bit of homogenized dairy product out of your
diet. Experience has shown that the health bringing consequences of a
consistent avoidance of homogenized dairy products are remarkable. Remember,
man is the only animal that drinks milk beyond infancy! Whatever brought us to
such a habit?
Remember, you cannot expect any noticeable improvement
in your health by merely diminishing your ingestion of oxidized cholesterol by
50% or even by 90%. Its all or nothing!
Cheating just a tiny bit, say by making an exception once every couple of
weeks, will maintain the continuity of the microscopic wounding processes
caused by oxidized cholesterol on many or even most of your internal organs and
tissues. Accordingly your health will not likely show any improvement to speak
of unless you opt for 100% abstinence from dietary cholesterol, which means, in
effect, 100% avoidance of all animal products, most especially avoidance from
all homogenized dairy products and other stored, and thus oxidized, animal
products.
