Subject: Thanks for the message you conveyed by your sermon this last Sabbath! Maybe you’ll find something of lasting value for you within this mail and from that which is in consequence of your valuable sermon out of Mark 2:1-12?

Dear Lasse,

Thanks for your sermon over Mark 2:1-12! What’s more valuable than focusing upon wishing one another all things good and well, and what’s more valuable than being proactive in offering one another whatever values one may perceive, while thus also, if possible, enjoying seeing each other’s lives enriched! Thanks for your presentation and for all those thoughtful thoughts of yours!

As usual my focus is trained upon all that which pertains to dating the events of the Holy Scriptures, and in particular such as touches upon the New Testament.

Thus, for me it was only natural, upon returning from our church service and from your sermon to my humble abode, to review my prior findings re the timing of the event you were speaking about. Well, at that point I didn’t find very much detail as to the exact timing of that event within my otherwise pretty exactly dated synopsis of the four Gospels. Neither was I initially able to find much support in the Scriptures for an exact date for that event. So far as I could tell at the time… Well, all I could tell was that this event of Mark 2:1-12 took place sometime between Tishri 1 (Sat Oct 3,) 15 CE and Aviv 21 (Fri Apr 17,) 16 CE, and to me that didn’t seem very exact, nor very exciting, albeit being within a timeframe of 7 months…

Well, one thing led to another and as usual God is blessing whomever is seeking…

If you’d be interested in sharing some of my sojourns of this week, and a few more details of my discoveries, please press anyone of the following links, and you’ll find a sprinkling of that which God has been blessing me with throughout this week:

1.     Here is a link to an article, about the timing of the healing of the man with the palsy, which would not have been had I not had the honor and joy of partaking of your message,

2.    Here is a link to an article of mine re how to do a word study of the Scriptures, and how, by means of this study, I eventually did find a deeper and more tangible meaning within the extant writings of the ancient Scriptures. Again, thanks to your sermon, this article of mine was considerably expanded upon and enriched… Albeit making my MS Word crash ever so many times before being ready for presentation…  ;,,=(

3.    Here is my now updated synopsis of the four Gospels. You may notice the date I finally discovered for the event you presented out of Mark 2:1-12! Perhaps you’ll be able to find some little treasure of your own within the time dimension being added by this synopsis of mine? Notice too, that the Gospel of John is part and parcel of this synopsis! As you are aware, many scholars have had trouble harmonizing John’s Gospel with that of the other three… That is no more a problem that needs be!

4.    As an added blessing this week, one evening God made me aware of Paul’s greetings to a certain Phlegon whom I find good reasons for believing is one and the same man who is known for his report about a total solar eclipse in the 6th hour of the day when even the stars could be seen. You might enjoy this link… Indeed, this solar eclipse report of Phlegon has been wrongly associated with an eclipse that is several years off from the correct one, and the consequence of that error is that the currently used Olympiad calendar and most all of conventional ancient chronology has become greatly confused…

Praised be the Ancient of Days who is the Creator and the Sustainer also of time itself, our Redeemer who can truly forgive each and all of us, and who can truly heal and correct our thoughts, our minds, our errors, and all of that which is part and parcel of the word “sin!”

May the peace of God rest over each our families and homes,

Gunnar ©

[1] After having focused closely upon Scriptural chronology based upon the most original references and using the best tools available to me, I see little or no reason not to consider Scripture month #1, aviv (as used and applied in Biblical times,) as being based upon the aviv found on Mount Jerusalem, or perhaps more accurately, upon the current location of the Ark of the Covenant (while not upon the aviv found at hotter and lower altitudes, albeit within the boundaries of Israel, e.g. in the Jordan valley or in the Negev desert.)
