Thank you for you HOLY SPIRIT JESUS. REVIVE ME ANEW WITH POWER FROM ON HIGH.
Amen. May we be revived as we join the worldwide RBHW family to read a portion of the Bible each day "for the joy of the Lord is your strength" (v. 10).
Amen Pastor Mwansa!
RBHW family, I just wanted to share this video of this amazing little girl preaching the truth! Be encouraged, God is moving among our people! https://www.youtube.com/watch?...
Amen Pastor Mwanza! There was great joy in Israel when everyone listen/understood and obeyed the word of the Lord. It is a deception of Satan that obeying the law of God is hard and that it is easier to sin! God yearns to give us His peace. John 14:17 "Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."
"Yet do not therefore conclude that the upward path is the hard and the downward road the easy way. All along the road that leads to death there are pains and penalties, there are sorrows and disappointments, there are warnings not to go on. God's love has made it hard for the heedless and headstrong to destroy themselves. It is true that Satan's path is made to appear attractive, but it is all a deception; in the way of evil there are bitter remorse and cankering care. We may think it pleasant to follow pride and worldly ambition, but the end is pain and sorrow. Selfish plans may present flattering promises and hold out the hope of enjoyment, but we shall find that our happiness is poisoned and our life embittered by hopes that center in self. In the downward road the gateway may be bright with flowers, but thorns are in the path. The light of hope which shines from its entrance fades into the darkness of despair, and the soul who follows that path descends into the shadows of unending night.

Good morning my RBHW family. Thank you Pastor Pardon for your comments. I long for the day when we will hear less sermonizing and spend more time reading the Word of God as it is written. Our people will find it a blessing to hear the Word and understand the directions and Will of God for their life than having a sermon preached top them. Gone are the days when Seventh-day Adventists were known for Readers of the Bible. May God help us to return to basics and let Him write the things that are important for our relationship with Him on the tables of our hearts. have a spirit filled day.
Amen, Brother Errol, Amen. What a soothing sound it is to hear the pages of the Bible being turned to the quoted texts during sermons. Our new pastor has us digging into the Word and it is such a blessing. It is the balm of Gilead, indeed!
Amen that's my prayer too
Amen Pastor Mwansa .."Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy...." Rev 1: 3 Good day the RBHW family.
Praise God for this new day and the gift of life. God's Word is powerful and brings joy to the soul which encourages us to go out and spread the Word sharing it with others. I have seen many weep during evangelistic crusades after hearing His Word. They have bowed before the Lord asking forgiveness and presenting themselves before Him asking for baptism. May we continue to study His Word, sharing it with others, giving them the opportunity to accept it. I pray that God will lead me today and everyday in sharing His Word. As did Ezra may I read His Word daily and not allow anything or anyone from interrupting this precious moment with my Lord. Have a blessed day RBHW family. I would like to ask for prayer for my supervisor who has a tumor and is afraid it may be cancerous. She believes in God and I daily speak to her of His love. Also, please pray for full time work for me as the director has cut more of my hours as a part timer. Thank you.
Will be praying for both you and your supervisor. I see so much sickness in this world we live in. I can't help but think that Satan knows his time is short and he wants to discourage and take out as many of God's people as he can. But I am comforted in the knowledge that the Holy Spirit is at our beck and call and all we have to do is ask for strength to fight the enemy. The Holy Spirit will be there right beside your supervisor and walk with her through her fight. Lord Jesus, hear our prayer this morning. You are the God of the Universe, You are the God of miracles. We are asking for your intervention in the life of this supervisor. If it be Thy will, heal this lady of this disease. But most importantly heal her spirit. Cleanse her and make her whole, Father. And Father, I am asking for You to intervene in the life of Erpidia this morning. Full time hours are needed for Erpidia, but we leave this decision up to You as You know what is best. We want You to use Erpidia for Your glory, so we leave this request in Your hands knowing that You have never failed in answering our prayers. You know the end from the beginning and if we did, we would have it no other way. Thank You Father for Your mercies. These things we ask in Your Holy Name and we thank You for hearing and answering our prayer. Amen
Am praying!
I have prayed for your supervisor.
I'm praying for your Supervisor and that the Lord will grant you more hours at your place of employment
I'm praying for you and your supervisor
Amen Pastor Pardon. Good morning & blessed Holy Spirit day to all. People learn in different ways. Some can read and understand some can't. Others can hear and understand others can't. Yet others can see and understand and others can't. We are to use all methods to reach God's people. We are to provide reading material, we are to preach & teach to them, and we are to live the life that counts as an example to all. In today's reading the people wanted to hear, it was read to them and they understood and praised God and obeyed. Bless the name of the Lord. When the WORD is heard, read and or seen in us, it causes a change for good. In light of this, let us study His Word and share it for it brings sorrow for sin, joy for His love & peace for His promise of saving grace. Have a blessed day all.
Amen
Did you notice? It was the people who asked to have the Book of the Law of Moses read to them. It is a powerful experience when lay people start a revival. We can do more under the direction of the Holy Spirit than we think and can start as something simple as reading or hearing the word of God. It seems I read in the SOP that it is the lay people who play a big part in finishing the work .
This morning I read of a friend of mine named Joan Warner at the Madison Campus church in Nashville who has started up three public access TV programs that promotes health and hope through God's word. The programs are called: Health Hope; Health & Wellness; and Eternity Now. No one asked her to do this. She works in an office and is not a paid minister, but God laid this burden on her heart and she is seeing the fruition of her vision.
The people wept when the word of God was read. In fact, they raised their hands and bowed their faces to the ground and said, "Amen, Amen!" It is a moving and emotional experience when you have not heard the word of God in a long time and then read it again. Probably more powerful, in some ways, than when you read it the first time. It is like drinking in the cool waters of an oasis after thirsting under a hot sun. It is like tasting warm food after being without for several days. The Word of God satisfies the soul like nothing else because it is the mind of our loving Creator communicating with His creation. It is like an old friend you have not seen in a long time. Once you have had a relationship with God and leave, coming back is can be very emotional especially if you find comfort and forgiveness in the words of our great God. It was for me. I often find myself emotional after reading about the Prodigal Son in Luke 15 because it was the answer to my question as to whether God would take me back. I saw God as my caring and loving Father patiently waiting and looking for me to come back even though I had eaten and slept in a pig sty away from Him. When I see the cross, my emotions always get away from me.
What would happen if we visited those who have left us and simply read a verse or two to them and prayed with them?
My brothers and sisters, it is time to "rescue the perishing." It came be as simple as reading the word of God to those who are sick or shut-in. The Psalms, in particular, speak to the heart of those seeking God. God's word, spoken, will not return to him void..."But it shall accomplish what (pleases Him), And it shall prosper in the thing for which (He) sent it." Isaiah 55:11.
Please pray for me. Tonight I present my vision of medical evangelism in Tupleo to our board. My prayer is that they will catch the vision and we will be as "one man."
I will be praying, Brother Eddie, of that you can be sure.
Praying!
Amen brother may God bless you as do his work
Amen, may the Holy spirit guide you tonight.
Brother Eddie, I'm praying for you as you present your vision.
Love this. Thanks for sharing. Blessings.

I'd like to use some of your inspired words here as my status today in FB. Praise The Lord! May the Holy Spirit possess you
God has gone before you and has already touched the hearts of His chosen ones. It may not be smooth sailing but God is in control and His work must go on.
Amen Pastor Mwansa! The word of God really is all the soul needs. It changes lives, it brings hope, it casts away fears and all worries and sorrow...etc. Dear Lord even us your dear children as we read your word and encourage one another, may our hearts be pierced with your word so that we will be revived for mission and prepare the world for your soon coming. Bless every RBHW family and your church at large, the leadership of your church for it is not easy to lead your flock, in Jesus name, Amen!
Amen
Amen.
Amen brother Mwanza : "It is because the word of God is neglected that we see so little reformation and revival " . This is so true. The Word of God is not just something we read mechanically and then close the Bible and go our way to get back to our business. The Word of God is like food that goes in us and feed our heart and soul. Its impact is lasting on us. It is God speaking to us and it is like an echo that last during the day and we respond to it, we talk to God about it and sometimes we tremble and cry because of His Word. To neglect God's Word is like going for a long walk without food. Have a blessed day dear RBHW family.
Amen Brother Pardon praise the Lord for RBHW and the work of
revival it is doing in my heart. Although I still slip on a regular basis
the foundation of His word is being built in my heart and soul and I pray it will
stand strong. The reading of the Lord's word does bring sorrow and grief
over departure from God's light and as you say a deep desire for revival and
change. May I not neglect to move forward and put that desire into action
and rejoice over His goodness and mercy. Below is a quote from EGW
P&P pgs 540-542 which fills my heart with joy that we will have the
opportunity to see each other in "the great day of final
ingathering." May we all be there to celebrate together.
Like the Passover, the Feast of Tabernacles was
commemorative. In memory of their pilgrim life in the wilderness the people
were now to leave their houses and dwell in booths, or arbors, formed from the
green branches "of goodly trees, branches of palm trees, and the boughs of
thick trees, and willows of the brook…”
At these yearly assemblies the hearts of old and young would
be encouraged in the service of God, while the association of the people from
the different quarters of the land would strengthen the ties that bound them to
God and to one another. Well would it be for the people of God at the present
time to have a Feast of Tabernacles--a
joyous commemoration of the blessings of God to them. As the children of Israel
celebrated the deliverance that God had wrought for their fathers, and His
miraculous preservation of them during their journeyings from Egypt, so should
we gratefully call to mind the various ways He has devised for bringing us out
from the world, and from the darkness of error, into the precious light of His
grace and truth…
The Feast of Tabernacles was not only commemorative but
typical. It not only pointed back to the wilderness sojourn, but, as the feast
of harvest, it celebrated the ingathering of the fruits of the earth, and
pointed forward to the great day of final ingathering, when the Lord of the
harvest shall send forth His reapers to gather the tares together in bundles
for the fire, and to gather the wheat into His garner. At that time the wicked
will all be destroyed. They will become "as though they had not
been." Obadiah 16. And every voice in the whole universe will unite in
joyful praise to God. Says the revelator, "Every creature which is in
heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and
all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honor, and glory, and power,
be unto Him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb forever and
ever." Revelation 5:13…
The people of Israel praised God at the Feast of
Tabernacles, as they called to mind His mercy in their deliverance from the
bondage of Egypt and His tender care for them during their pilgrim life in the
wilderness. They rejoiced also in the consciousness of pardon and acceptance,
through the service of the day of atonement, just ended. But when the ransomed
of the Lord shall have been safely gathered into the heavenly Canaan, forever
delivered from the bondage of the curse, under which "the whole creation
groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now" (Romans 8:22), they
will rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory. Christ’s great work of
atonement for men will then have been completed, and their sins will have been
forever blotted out.
It is just so wonderful to recount the many many blessings from our Precious Lord and King. I am so longing for that day when we gather in that Canaan land to rejoice in the presence of my King. In the meantime I will be diligent in His word, soaking in all the wonderful truths and precious promises. Delighting myself in His beautiful words. Thanks for sharing sister Colleen.
Good morning Sister Colleen ..and blessings on your day Pastor Mwansa ..thankyou for thoughts this morning which always bless me....Colleen ..It must have been a Holy spirit pouring out time as the people listened as Ezra brought the words of Gods Law ALIVE again and their hearts moved to repentance ..Thankyou for the quote..it blessed be this morning ..I have apromise to share which tells us in ONLY we COME and MEDITATE and Take what we learn INTO our EXPERIENCE of life ..we WILL be Revived ...Ps 19 :7 The law of the Lord is perfect..converting the soul ..the TESTIMONYof the Lord isSURE ..making WISE the Simple ...Praise God for His Grace....
ps ...Colleen ..Do you or anybody know is Sis Leah ok?..or on holiday ..maybe I am haveing a senior moment ...I have missed her ministry in song ..Thankyou so much..
My thoughts as well. I miss that meloudious voice and that winsom smile!!!!!
Same here. I also wanted to ask if anybody knows where Sis Leah George is. She has been quiet.
The festival of shelters was a time to remember where God had brought the returnees from. It is helpful for us also to remember and reflect on our origins and thank God as we appreciate where we are today, through His mercy and grace. "How sweet are Your words to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth". (Ps. 119:103). "God's word provides the ingredients we need to thrive spiritually"!
Ne 8 - The joy of the people came with the reading of the Word of God, let´s continue preaching That Word in our pulpits! #RbHw
Amen. Thank you Pastor Mwansa for the sharing. God help us understand your word as we read chapter by chapter everyday. To everyone of us preparing for camp meetings this year, let us pray that they will be a success and that God will speak to us like He has always done. God bless the SDA family

Good morning blessed of my father and Amen to pastor p for the explanation of the scripture. Now all the people gathered together as one (verse 1) brother and sisters, before I joined the reading of a chapter daily, my husband and I had different reading plans and we called it (TAG) time alone with God and we only met at prayer time, sometimes we used to share what we ready but
many times we'll just be
rushing through. Now that we are reading the chapter together our conversations are more meaningful, there's that oneness in our home now than before.

Thanks sister Harriet. May we have that special "time alone with GOD" everyday, & not to be rushing about, especially in our prayers & the study of His word. Many times we just read the Bible & rush in our prayer & "get it over with", & we think we've done our part in o walk with God.
