Dear Toby, my old time Friend,
This is a joy indeed! Sharing together from one another that which we have in the past studied and discovered out of the Word of God and out of all that which is what it is, as created by Him whose name is I am what I am, and I shall be what I shall be.
I am hoping and thinking that perhaps that which we are currently doing is, and will be, a small but valuable application of that which our beloved Lord of Hosts is teaching us by means of the first few pages of Ellen White’s wonderful book Counsels on Sabbath School Work.
Also I do have some concerns lest we should fail to take to each of our hearts and truly apply to this our learning experience the teachings of our Savior, that is, Daniel’s Messiah in verity, and, in particular, lest we should keep on building our teachings upon sand where we have within our reach the option of building our castles, and our teaching, upon the solid rock of the Ancient of Days. That is, per Matthew 7:24-29 and Daniel 7:9, 13, 22. In particular, of course, my concerns are in reference to our traditional teachings re the year of crucifixion being 31 A.D, but, not only that… Any and all authorities of men building upon such foundations of sand… And perhaps that’ll apply to many more than we initially may have thought? Perhaps even to some of the authorities upon which this 2nd Newsletter is being built? That is a question of mine that I do not yet know the answer to, and which accordingly I’ll do my best towards finding out before finalizing and sending you this mail…
I am well aware that every change of paradigm is easily perceived as a difficult time of change and as a time of trouble indeed. Yet, the often repeated words in the Word of God is: “Do not fear!” Cf. Matthew 28:5 and Mark 4:40-41; 11:32; Luke 1:13, 30; 2:10; 5:10.
Likewise I am well aware that for me, my searching for until finding the solid rocks in time upon which my revised New Testament chronology is anchored, has been a long and winding one. Yet, as soon as one has found one’s way out of the maze, one can ever more easily discover and point out to others the much shorter and much more direct route from point A to point B. So also for me, where the route has been long and winding for me, it may be, for every willing student, a short and satisfying learning experience that may be in terms of little more than a few short minutes. That is, in order to convince oneself of what is, and what is not, a solid foundation in time upon which to build one’s house of Scriptural prophetic interpretation, and, in particular, such prophetic interpretations as pertain to the book of Daniel…
Thus, if I may have the privilege of pointing out to any fearful disciple, this one link to a very short study, an article of mine re where exactly conventional chronology went wrong and how it is easily corrected? Please study and enjoy! But, please, remember too, that, in order for that study to be really easy to comprehend, one must necessarily study it – and understand it! – one little item by one little item at a time, not excluding any of the links, any of the references, or any of the numbers! That is, per the principle taught by Jesus per John 14:6 and by Isaiah per Isaiah 28:9-14… If, on the contrary, you skip over that very brief article of mine while reading it superficially only, I can easily understand if you feel that understanding those details is beyond you and something for specialists only to understand. The choice is yours and yours alone!
Remember too, the more we invest into anything, the more we’ll tend to be attached to and bound by it, and the harder it will be to let go of it! And that is regardless of whether we invest in such as is true and solid, or such as is not…
That having been said, please allow me to proceed with a few links and with a few brief bracketed comments added to your Newsletter. As before, please regard them as fruit upon a tree, too numerous to eat all at once, while you are free to pick and choose which ever one may seem to you the most appetizing at the moment…
And… while so doing, please don’t allow yourself to be put down by any apparent lack of appreciation for such as you may thus far have attributed much value to. I for one know only too well the feelings associated with, over and over again, realizing the deficiencies in the apparent values that I have attained in my efforts thus far, while striving to progress upon the path to heaven and towards a more correct understanding of events as they really happened long ago. Yet, I always do have the choice before me to either feel put down, become despondent, and to cease my walk with God, or else to realize that God is at times using these very deficiencies and errors of my own to make clear to me the freedom and relief inherent in letting go of my errors and deficiencies of thought and of character, in favor of such as yet largely unknown values as God is laying on my path at those very moments…
Having thus discharged some of my responsibilities, as I may perceive them, and as per Ezekiel 33:1-9…, it is now my turn to turn the other cheek, time for me to do my best in being as attentive as I possibly can to such values as may be heard within the sound of the trumpet being produced by your lips and by the thoughts coming to me through your mind and through your Newsletters… Thanks Toby for allowing me to participate of your Newsletters and to partake of the very valuable messages being brought to me through them and through you!
May the peace of God rest upon each of us and upon each our families as we keep on pursuing the truth one little step at a time,
Gunnar Anders Smårs Jr ©
PS. Are you aware of the Grace Amadon Collection and the General Conference Research Committee’s Report of 1939 re the calculations of the Millerites towards October 22, 1844, and of their calculations re 31 A.D. as the year of crucifixion? As it turns out, that is, as per Grace Amadon’s presentation on behalf of the Committee, the year 31 A.D. was concluded based upon a lunar calendar of the Jews, which is ultimately based, not upon the first visibility of the New Moon crescent, but upon the subsequent astronomical full moon and a Rabbinic reverse 13 day count (cf. p. 38A of Part V of the report) towards a so called “horned moon” (ibid. p. 10,) which “horned moon” occurs from zero to four days subsequent to the first visible New Moon crescent, most commonly one to two days later. As you may know, per the clear Scriptural instructions, each month is to be reckoned from the first visible New Moon crescent (cf. this article by a prominent Karaite and Dead Sea Scrolls scholar.)
As it turns out, in 31 A.D., although said Rabbinic reverse 13 day count does allow a Nisan 14 on Friday April 27 (ibid. p. 38A,) Nisan 14 per Scriptural reckoning began at sunset Tuesday April 24, 31 A.D. (cf. NASA’s Phases of the Moon Catalog), that is, 48 hours before the Rabbinic Nisan 14 calculations authorized by the Sanhedrin. Thus, if you adhere to the common belief that the crucifixion took place on Nisan 14 (which I find no Scriptural reason for doing,) then, if you insist on 31 A.D. as the year of the crucifixion, you are stuck with basing yourself upon a non-Scriptural Rabbinic calendar, aren’t you?!
PS2. I love these words of the angel via Ellen White:
Said the angel: "Ye shall understand, but not yet, not yet." Said the angel: "If light come, and that light is set aside or rejected, then comes condemnation and the frown of God; but before the light comes, there is no sin, for there is no light for them to reject." {1BIO 324.5} (Cf. this link for the context of those words and some of my Bible discoveries in connection thereto.)
Indeed, Toby, why don’t you join me in pursuing and using the best available data re God’s reckoning of time and a chronology solidly anchored upon astronomy and Genesis 1:14-16 in contradistinction to such as are based merely upon the opinions of “authorities” and “scholars” who put more emphasis upon tradition and their own schools of thought, yes, even yesteryear’s Present Truth of the best among Seventh-day Adventist scholars, than upon the firsthand witnesses of primary and contemporary documents for each particular? If you pursue the within links, I’m sure it really won’t have to take you all that long time to realize for yourself what is true and what is not. In the long run I have no doubt but that it’ll save you years of wasted effort… when in the future you look back through the retro spectroscope. Also I find it so much more meaningful and satisfying when knowing that I am always using the very best available data in every particular. I really notice how that when I act upon every item that God is sending my way one little item at a time, He’ll then soon send me another piece of the puzzle such that I can keep on progressing step by little step, but always progressing. I have no doubt but that yours is a very similar experience doing what you do, yet, wouldn’t it be even better and even more enjoyable if we could both learn and grow even more than we do by sharing more of the light God is sending each our way than we have been thus far?

Messiah in Daniel 8:14
Background
In a previous article we pointed out that the summary of the vision is found in Daniel 8:19 and that it concerned 1) a time of wrath, 2) a sacred feast and 3) a time of the end. The first one was fulfilled by Christ who took God’s wrath on Himself at the cross; the feast referred to His crucifixion at the Passover; and the time of the end pointed to the end for Israel as God’s Old Testament Covenant people.
We also saw how the four conditions in Daniel 8:13 that define the content of the vision, all point to the Messiah’s death on the cross in 31 A.D. If this is the true interpretation, we should find further support [True, yet, it is also true that finding such apparent support is not proof that we are not merely building upon our own errors of thought, our own assumptions (as in ‘ass-u-me’ = ‘making an ass- of -u- and -me’) Notice: Except for the links to Toby’s web site, all links and brackets within are added / 5930± 02 17 2026 by ToL©] for it in Daniel 8:14:
And he said to me, "For two thousand three hundred days; then the sanctuary shall be cleansed." (NKJV)
Let us first look
at the expression 2,300 days. In the New King James Version that is quoted
above, the original literal wording is only given as a footnote. In the Hebrew
language it does not say “days” but “evenings and mornings.” [Not correct, those words are in the singular case, i.e.
“until darkness lightness #2,300…” More below re
evening vs. darkness etc.!] That is the reason why all translations, except the
King James Version, use “evenings and mornings” in Daniel 8:14. If we, however,
go to Daniel 8:26 all translations, including the KJV, use “evenings and
mornings” in agreement with the Hebrew. Thus, the word “days” in the KJV is an interpretation
and not a translation! The correct translation should be “2,300 evenings and
mornings.” [Notice, there is nothing in the
Hebrew corresponding to the ‘and’ of the English translation, nor is it assumed
per Hebrew standard grammar so far as I am aware!]
The second fact is that Daniel many times used the word “days,” referring to regular 24-hour-periods [But that’s an interpretation too, isn’t it?]. In the same verse (8:26) he wrote that the vision refers to many “days” in the future. The word for “days” is not the same Hebrew word as used in the expression “evenings and mornings.” In the next verse (v. 27) Daniel said that he was sick for many “days” and again the phrase “evenings and mornings” was not used in the Hebrew. [Re the Hebrew word ‘jom’ translated most frequently either as ‘day’ or as ‘year:’ As you will see from Strong’s H3117, the primary meaning of said Hebrew word is neither ‘day’ nor ‘year,’ but means ‘to be hot’ and is fundamentally a reference to something that is ‘hot,’ for instance ‘day’ in contradistinction from ‘night,’ or ‘summer’ in contradistinction from ‘winter.’ It surprises me that the translators generally have overlooked this fact in translating that word into the English ‘year’ rather than ‘summer,’ because for dating purposes and for purposes of a correct chronology one is not always synonymous with the other! It follows also that when Daniel is quoting the angel as saying ‘ereb boqer’ he may in fact do so for no other purpose than for emphasizing that both a dark portion and a light portion is being referenced, and that an interpretation in terms of merely the hot portion of any given time period, i.e. whether a 24 hour or a 12 month period, would be in error! Cf. also the not too infrequent usage in reference to someone’s age by means of using either ‘springs’ or ‘summers’ rather than ‘years.’ This is true also for both English and Swedish, is it not?! You may even choose to translate the KJV words of verse 26, “for it shall be for many days,” in terms of ‘the very hot ones,’ that is, in terms of the words found in Revelation 3:15-16!]
In the time prophecies in Daniel 12:11-12 he also used the Hebrew word for “days” and not the phrase “evenings and mornings.” Daniel wrote about 1,290 “days” and 1,335 “days.” If he would have meant literal days in Daniel 8:14, as we think of 24-hour-periods, he would have used that word there also [But that too is an interpretation or an assumption, isn’t it?]. The fact that he used a different expression shows that he had a special time perspective in mind. Thus, Daniel used the words “evenings and mornings” for a specific reason.
One or Two Units?
Does “evenings and mornings,” in Daniel 8:14 constitute a single composite unit or two separate units? From this verse alone it is hard to say but in the interpretation-part, in Daniel 8:26, the direct translation from the Hebrew actually says, “the evenings and the mornings.” [Actually, in verse 26, as in verse 14, both of those words are written in the singular, that is “And the vision of the evening and the morning…” or optionally “And a vision of the evening and the morning…”] Since the definite article is used before both “evening” and “morning,” it shows that they are two separate units! [Not necessarily, all the definite article does, is to point back to something previously identified, or isn’t that so?]
According to Vine’s Expository Dictionary of Biblical Words, we find the following comment about “ereb,” the word translated to evening: “This word represents the time of the day immediately preceding and following the setting of the sun.” And the word “boqer,” usually translated to morning: “This word means ‘morning,’ though not the period of time before noon. Rather it indicates the point of time at which night is changing to day or that time at the end of night. Other words for evening and morning would consequently be “dusk” and “dawn.””
It is even more interesting to notice that this combination of “evening and morning” also is used in the creation story, Genesis 1:5:
God called the light Day, and the darkness He called Night. So the evening and the morning were the first day. (NKJV)
In this verse, just like in Daniel 8:14, (in contrast to Daniel 8:26) there is no definite article in the original language. Thus, word-by-word translation of the last sentence would be, “So evening and morning were the first day.” [A better word for word literal translation of the Hebrew would be “And there was a darkness, and there was a lightness: one day.” Notice, there is no Hebrew definite article corresponding to the English ‘the first day!’ Notice also that before light had been created there could have been no such thing as the disappearance of light or ‘nightfall,’ could there? Indeed, Genesis 1:5 constitutes a perfect definition of the word ‘jom.’ That is, ‘one [24-hour] day consists of a dark period of time followed by a light period of time.’ Actually, the Scriptural Hebrew words for ‘dusk’ and ‘dawn’ are, not ‘ereb’ and ‘boqer,’ but ‘shachar’/‘שׁחר’ and ‘shakam’/‘שׁכם’ respectively! Thus, so far as I can tell, Vine must be in error on this count.] But did you notice something else? They are counted as two units and therefore the verb is not “was,” as in singular, but “were” as in plural. [No! In the Hebrew original there is neither one nor the other! KJV’s “were” should have been italicized, but apparently the two occurrences of ‘jijae,’ which apply to ‘ereb’ and ‘boqer’ respectively, were misapplied instead to ‘jom echad’ meaning ‘one day!’] King James did it in the same way! Grammatically it is two units and the plural verb “were” should be used. [This is an assumption based upon nothing but the translators’ assumptions! Not much to build anything on! Like the sand on the beach!] Let’s make a mathematical check and count the units:
Day one: 1 evening + 1 morning
Day two: 1 evening + 1 morning
Day three: 1 evening + 1 morning
Total 3 evenings and 3 mornings
This means that after three days there have been three evenings and three mornings. If you add them together, three evenings and three mornings make six “evenings and mornings,” equaling three full days or three 24-hour periods. [Seems logical but is based upon nothing but English word usage. It has no correspondence in the Biblical Hebrew so far as I am aware. Quite to the contrary, as can be seen from the definition found in Genesis 1:5. Cf. my word for word literal translation above!] Maybe you are surprised at this, but this way of thinking and counting is common practice even today. Let’s look at a few examples.
If you have a fruit bowl with “five apples and oranges” you might have two apples and three oranges; but you don’t have five apples and five oranges! Let’s in another example assume that you are a teacher. When someone asks you how many boys and girls you have in your class, you might answer that you have “ten boys and girls.” With that answer you could have five boys and five girls or four boys and six girls, etc. but your answer would certainly not indicate a total of twenty students. If you really had twenty students in your class, you would have said that you had “ten boys and ten girls!” [Yes, but this logic is lacking a solid foundation in Scriptural Hebrew!]
These practical examples from everyday life are given to show that we use the same concept on a daily basis. Therefore, the grammatically correct way to translate Genesis 1:5 is: “So evening and morning were the first day” as both KJV and NKJV do. [Not so!]
The following was promoted by Dr. Raymond F. Cottrell, a respected theologian and a good friend of mine, who passed away a few years ago. He devoted 40 years of his life to study the Book of Daniel and especially Daniel 8. What he wrote and gave to me personally is in harmony with our study above. He wrote the following:
KJV Mistranslations of the Hebrew Text.
The traditional Adventist interpretation of Daniel 8:14 is based on three erroneous KJV renderings of the Hebrew text. (1) In a sanctuary context, as here, erev boquer (“evening morning”) always, without exception, refers to the evening and morning sacrificial services. Erev never designates night, or the dark portion of the day, but the decreasing light of late afternoon, and boquer the rising light or early morning, not the light portion of the day.[1] [I believe Cottrell is in error on this count, that is, basing his interpretation upon some tradition of men. If you recall, the fire on the altar was to be burning continually before the Lord. The Scriptures are putting a heavy emphasis upon beginnings in every setting. Thus it is certainly true that each of those sacrificial services did begin in the early morning and in the early evening respectively, yet, they each kept on burning through the dark and light portions of the 24 hour day respectively.]
Here is another quote from Dr. Raymond F. Cottrell:
“With two continual burnt offerings each day, one ereb and one boqer, 2,300 of them would be offered in 1,150 twenty-four-hour days.” [This may be true, yet, there is nothing to keep one from combining them two and two together, making 2,300 daily sacrifices in 2,300 24-hour days. However, please notice that in addition to those two daily sacrificial animals there were many more specified for various special occasions. Thus, in any 1,150 24-hr days period there were considerably more than 2,300 sacrificial animals slaughtered! Thus, Cottrell’s reckoning is not holding true, so far as I can tell…]
What Dr. Cottrell
wrote is in harmony with the Bible and with what I have written above. In
conclusion, the time period in Daniel 8 refers to a 1.150-day prophecy and not
a 2,300 day period! [I am sorry, but I do not
buy that line of argument… Besides, Yeshua was baptized, quite
possibly
[almost positively, / Corrections (in dark red font) entered

16, 15 CE (Julian
day 1726856) and the tomb was opened
on April 25, 18 CE (Julian day 1727747,) which is no
more than 891 days
difference – not 1,150 days!]
[I found an error of mine that
led me to think for several days that perhaps your 1,260 = 40 + 70 + 1,150 day scenario
might be applicable to this revised chronology of mine. I even began working on
“making corrections” on my web pages accordingly… However, that led me into a
situation such that I felt all things beginning to crumble under my feet. But
then I turned to the Lord of Hosts, the Ancient of Days, and he opened up my
Bible to exactly the passage I needed (Luke 2:41-50) for regaining
a firm footing… In the end the result was that my date for Yeshua’s baptism
was confirmed and my former uncertainties re that same date were removed, thus
giving me even more strength than I had before… As you can see below, I had
even begun to “correct” this prior email to your Newsletter #2 (and also #3)
accordingly: /

Cleansing of the Sanctuary
So, what will happen when the 2,300 evenings and mornings or 1,150 days have come to an end? At that time the sanctuary shall be “cleansed” or “restored as most Bible versions write.” But let’s look at the Hebrew word for “cleansed” somewhat closer. We are in for a surprise again. Below are the possible translations of the Hebrew word according to the dictionaries:
to be just -- to justify -- to have a just cause -- to be justified -- to be just (of God) -- to do or bring justice -- to vindicate the cause of -- to justify oneself -- to be righteous -- to be in the right -- to be put or made right -- to make righteous -- to appear righteous -- to declare righteous -- to make someone righteous -- to save -- to turn to righteousness -- to make right (in moral or forensic sense).
The words “reconsecrated,” “cleansed,” “restored,” which the translators use in the NIV, the NKJV, the KJV, the NAS, the ASV, etc. are not even mentioned In the Brown-Driver-Brigg’s Hebrew Lexicon or Strong’s Dictionary! That means those words are not translations but interpretations. The translators use the words “cleansed” and “restored,” etc. with the purpose to focus our attention on the temple building.
But if you use the suggestions found in the dictionaries, every translation fits perfectly [Not perfection as to timing so far as I’ve seen!] to Jesus Christ and to what He accomplished on the cross!! Thus the translations in the lexica are pointing to Christ’s achievement on the cross and not to the Temple building as such! This understanding is in full harmony with the previous article about Daniel 8:13. Let’s therefore again read Daniel 8:14:
“He said to me, ‘It will take 2,300 evenings and mornings (1,150 days); then the sanctuary (Jesus Christ) will be consecrated (declared righteous).’” (NIV with my additions in parenthesis)
Jesus with His perfect life and His sacrificial death is the epitome of the fulfillment of the “2,300 evenings and mornings.” From that time onwards Jesus has the right to declare everyone righteous who comes to Him! He is the One who will bring justice to this world! Did you see that one possible translation is “to save?” How wonderful!
With
this insight, Jesus Christ becomes the fulfillment of Daniel 8 just as
He is in Daniel 9. But if the “2,300 evenings and mornings” ended at the cross
– when did they start? [April 25, 18 CE May 11, 19 CE less
1,150 days = March 1, 15 CE the day beginning at sunset Tue March 17, 16 CE… (= Adar 22, 15 CE Day 4 of the week (Shebat or) Adar (or Adar

18:28:48; lag: 52 min 13 sec; illumination: 0.98% è No possible visibility before next evening, Feb 28, 16 CE!]) Are you seeing anything in
that??? [Well
I do see something in that… Belatedly! Thank you for being so patient with me!
And I am sorry about my prior errors and for my blindness in
consequence thereof! You see, 490 years before the crucifixion, that is, on Day One and Day Two of the week, Adar
13 and 14, 473 BCE, as recorded in the Book of Esther a most important event
happened in terms of God’s very special Salvation. This event was to be
commemorated by God’s People on Adar 14 and 15 of each and every year. It so
happens that, if we begin our 1,150 days of reckoning such
that Adar 13, 16 CE - the accession day, the day of action prior to Purim - is
reckoned as day #0 of the 1,150 days using correct Scriptural reckoning,
adding 1,150 days upon the accession days event, that is, upon the days of action before the beginning of Purim, Adar 15, which 15th day began, if indeed that month was Adar (and not Shebat or Adar II?,) said Adar 13,
16 CE beginning at
sunset of Fri Feb 22 or Sat 23, 15 CE (Julian day
1726589 or 1726590,) Wed Mar 11,16 CE, we arrive at sunset Sun Apr 17 or Mon Apr 18, 18 CE (depending upon when the Adar new moon
first became visible in 15 CE Fri
May 5, 19 CE, that is, day #1,150 is the Seventh-day Sabbath immediately prior
to the week of crucifixion while also Aviv 10, the day referenced in Exodus
12:3 and in Joshua 4:19, the latter date being more likely the correct one.)
But that Monday night Apr 18, 18 CE is the very same evening when Yeshua was anointed
by Mary and sold into the jurisdiction of the hierarchy by Judas! That is, the
key event, the transfer of title to Yeshua’s body, occurred a full 1,150 days
after Adar 14 15, 15 CE, the day corresponding to the
conclusion of God’s salvation of the Jews in Ahasuerus’ kingdom on Adar 14 last day of Purim, Adar 15, 473 BCE! / This comment (in dark red

Could it be that at least one of us is building a sand castle on the beach??? That is, in regards to this one particular [i.e.
re the 1,150 days.] For I certainly find great value in the
concept of Daniel’s Messiah as such, though it needs be founded upon solid
ground, most of all as it pertains to God’s perfect numbers and God’s perfect
timing and time reckoning!]
[“10-25-2010” comment: Ok, now the revisions
of my own notes (above) are truly beginning to look messy, are they not? Though
I believe they are now correct, they sure do look messy to me! J J J… To make the details of my findings real
clear however, I have prepared a tag named “The 1,150+ days to Crucifixion”
that you’ll find in my latest version (VIII.2.1) of my Excel-file ‘The Sacred
Calendar of the Creator in Progress…’ which you may download from below this link. Under that “The 1,150+ days to Crucifixion”
tag you’ll find a precise and, I think, very interesting fit that could very
well represent the real events in time from the wedding in Cana in Galilee to
the beginning of the week of crucifixion. Furthermore, and I find this very
significant and interesting too, upon extending that same 1,150 day count
further down line into the future unto 1,260, 1,290, and 1,335 days I find a
reasonable and significant fit for each of those numbers as well! Under an
additional new tag named “Crucifixion ±1,335 days,” within that same Excel-file
of mine, you’ll be able to find that indeed your suggestion re 1,260 days prior
to the week of crucifixion also fits a possible real time fit between the
beginning of the crucifixion week and the baptism of Yeshua, almost exactly as
you have suggested in your own diagram. Unfortunately, when I attempt to base
my reckoning of those same numbers into future time and upon a date near the
crucifixion I do not find anything of significance. Those are my findings in a

value to your own pursuit… May God bless each our pursuit of these studies!

[“8-5-2010”
version: With this insight, Jesus Christ becomes the
fulfillment of Daniel 8 just as He is in Daniel 9. But if the “2,300 evenings
and mornings” ended at the cross – when did they start? [April 25, 18 CE less 1,150
days = March 2, 15 CE… (= Adar 22, 15 CE) Are you seeing anything in that??? [Well I do see something in
that… Belatedly! Thank you for being so patient with me! And I am sorry about
my prior error and for my blindness in consequence thereof! You see, 490 years
before the crucifixion, that is, on Adar 13 and 14, 473 BCE, as recorded in the
Book of Esther a most important event happened in terms of God’s very special
Salvation. This event was to be commemorated by God’s People on Adar 14 and 15
of each and every year. It so happens that, using correct Scriptural reckoning,
adding 1,150 days upon the accession days event, that is, upon the days of action before the beginning of Purim, Adar 15, which 15th
day began at sunset of Fri Feb 22 or Sat 23, 15 CE (Julian day 1726589 or
1726590,) we arrive at sunset Sun Apr 17 or Mon Apr 18, 18 CE (depending upon
when the Adar new moon first became visible in 15 CE, the latter date being
more likely the correct one.) But that Monday night Apr 18, 18 CE is the very
same evening when Yeshua was anointed by Mary and sold into the jurisdiction of
the hierarchy by Judas! That is, the key event, the transfer of title to
Yeshua’s body, occurred a full 1,150 days after Adar 14 15, 15 CE, the day corresponding to the
conclusion of God’s salvation of the Jews in Ahasuerus’ kingdom on Adar 14 last day of Purim, Adar 15, 473 BCE! / This comment (in dark red

it be that at least one of us is building a sand castle on the beach??? That is, in regards to this one particular [i.e.
re the 1,150 days.] For I certainly find great value in the
concept of Daniel’s Messiah as such, though it needs be founded upon solid
ground, most of all as it pertains to God’s perfect numbers and God’s perfect
timing and time reckoning!]
[“8-5-2010” comment:…Same
thing here… However, the Lord was
showing me that there is some merit to your scenario, and that within it there
are some treasures for me to be found… and perhaps for you as well? – if you’ll accept them for what they are??? As you’ll notice
below, when comparing my current corrections, above,
with my own original comment, below, the greater part of my below comment in
support of certain portions of your scenario still stands… (While working on my
own understanding of your scenario I made some errors in detail that were
resolved when God showed me a simpler and clearer way (cf. the tag “Sign of
Jonah ±1260 days” in my current Spread Sheet!) of calculating and
displaying this reckoning of time… thus the need for these current corrections:
