NoPain:  You're welcome.

Zzzzzzz:  Thank you for your feedback!  I really appreciated that!  I still have a question though if you don't mind:  Were you also able to see and compare the original agreement with her later [I presume] correspondence which was accepted for value?  I mean were you able to confirm for yourself first hand that "she decided to change the terms of the [prior] agreement to suit her needs more"?  If you did such a comparison, what, if anything, might you have been able to perceive in those documents that from her point of view could possibly be considered grounds for her action?

Naturally my point here is for all of us to be able to grow into as able soldiers for truth and integrity as is at all possible.  If vj has an indispensible tool we all need, it seems worthwhile for me, and us, to persue a dialogue towards a successful resolution of this problem until a win-win situation for all parties is achieved.

BTW & FYI:  I kind of like to take some unnecessary overtones of guilt out of the common misunderstandings and abuse of the term "sin" where I can do so, especially since that term is such a heavily loaded concept in many a person's mind.  Being such a heavily loaded concept it kind of shortcirquits the mind of a lot of people making it impossible for them to be rational about it and to take proper steps towards effective problem resolution.   To me this problem of shortcircuiting is overcome as follows: The expression "to miss the point" is equivalent to the expression "to miss the mark", which latter expression is the definition in Strong's for the Greek word 'hamartano' translated "sin" (cf. Strong's #264, 266).  In other words:  Sin = 'to miss the mark' = 'to miss the point'.

In contradistinction 'grace' = 'a fish in a fishbowl' = 'the nut in a nutshell' = 'the point of the matter is...' = 'to get the point' = 'to NOT miss the point'.  For further deliberations on this particular please search this forum for 'Noah grace'.

"And Noah looked into the eyes of Yahweh and saw the mirror image of his very own name"  Genesis 6:8 (my own paraphrase based upon the Masoretic Hebrew text).

Possibly that helps someone...

Olias:  Sorry about overgeneralizing your statement and thus misreading your post.  My error!  However, I believe there are at least four pertinent posts with info re involuntary bankruptcy, which you will find by searching this forum for 'bk' for posts posted by 'Jason_Whitney' going back thru at least December 20, 2002.
